Dear Tenants,

On behalf of everyone at BIETA, I welcome you to our new official website. I hope that it meets your expectations, and allows you to discover more about the works our Association offers to the estate and its tenants.

One element that we have worked hard in transmitting through this page is our strong commitment to the continuous development of the association, by sharing with you the works and improvements being done and ensuring that we are closer in contact with our tenants.

My objective as Chairman of this association is that together with my Council members we are your voice. I want to ensure that all tenants use BIETA and suggest ways to improve the estate and its surroundings. It is quite a struggle to get all tenants on board and I together with my team will ensure that BIETA is seen as that entity that can bring a change. I am committed to get the majority on board and personally plan to visit each and every company that still does not use or believe in this association, I believe that all together we can make a change.

I look forward to the future and all the exciting opportunities and challenges that it might bring. Of course, this would have never been possible without the constant dedication of the BIETA staff and Park Manager Mr Joe Pisani and the collaboration of our team members who dedicate from their personal time to meet on a monthly basis, without whom none of our success stories would have ever been possible.

I thank you for your time going through our website and wish that this would bring a way forward to the success of our Estate.
