Association Profile
B.I.E.T.A. was founded on the 15th October 1998 when a number of tenants organized a meeting and formed a Tenants Association.
It became the first association of its kind in a Maltese industrial estate. A council was formed and a meeting is held regularly once a month purely on a voluntary basis. The council is made up of a Chairperson, Secretary and six Council Members, all representatives from companies at Bulebel Industrial Estate.

BIETA was set up in order to support the Government in improving the conditions for all at the Bulebel Industrial Estate
Joe Pisani, our park manager, has established an excellent rapport with all tenants and actively supports their numerous requests and serves as a liaison between the tenants and the various Government bodies.

Our Mission
The Bulebel Industrial Estate Tenants Association (BIETA) represents the interests of Tenants found within the Bulebel Industrial Estate, Zejtun. BIETA is committed to satisfy Tenants’ requests related to the upkeep of our Industrial Estate and to facilitate communication with Malta Industrial Parks Ltd (MIP).
Main Objectives
To ensure that the upkeep, embellishment and cleanliness of the common external areas are kept to a high standard and environmental best practice.
To ensure that all tenants keep common areas in good condition at all times.
To ensure that the facilities and infrastructure at Bulebel Industrial Estate continue to improve in future.
To liaise with the competent authorities on any matter related to Bulebel Industrial Estate.
