B.I.E.T.A. was founded on the 15th October 1998 when a number of tenants organized a meeting and formed a Tenants Association. It became the first association of its kind in a Maltese industrial estate.

Revamped Community-at-Work Scheme
At BIETA we are revamping our Community-at-Work scheme, offering services related to tasks required on the factories’ boundaries (if applicable), which in-fact fall outside the scope of BIETA’s day-to-day general upkeep duties on Bulebel’s common areas. Jobs offered include:-Gardening and landscaping-Cleaning-De-weeding-Road-markings and other light jobs. The hourly rate is of just €8.00 + VAT per man-hour and

The newly opened fitness studio is conveniently located at the very centre of Bulebel in the BIETA Building. A variety of classes suitable for all fitness levels are being offered with a 10% discount to all Bulebel Tenants!
